We will set up a new 9-hectare poultry farm with a hatchery in Henrietta, with an expected ramp-up in weekly production from 4,000 to 6,000 free-range chickens.

We will develop a farm where chemical- and fertiliser-free fruits and vegetables will be cultivated and where the animal farming operation will be diversified. These products will be commercialised under the newly created brand La Maison Paysanne.

A chick hatchery as well as a farm to produce local livestock and vegetables will be constructed in Rodrigues.
