Job Description
We have an open role for a well- organized, motivated, and dynamic Front Desk Officer. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our organisation. Duties include to coordinate front-desk activities, answer all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner, redirecting phone calls, distributing correspondence, welcoming and greeting guests positively.

The Front Desk Officer will report to the Personal Assistant to Group CEO. 

EDUCATION

  • Holder of a School Certificate or Higher School Certificate or equivalent
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office Tools))

EXPERIENCE

  • At least one-year relevant experience in the field

SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English (oral and written)
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to perform multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
  • Proactive, outspoken, trustworthy, dynamic, and outgoing personality
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
  • Holder of a valid driving license
