Profile description

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources Officer who can deliver human resources services in a fast -paced environment. The key role of the candidate will be to coordinate the various human resources functions of the company. From the day-to-day people management, payroll processing, administrative tasks to welfare of employees, the Human Resources Officer will coordinate the overall HR aspect of Riverland Sports Club. His/her role needs to adhere to policies and procedures ensuring the smooth functioning of the Human Resources Department. The candidate will report to the Group Human Resources Executive and the Head of Sports & Leisure Cluster.

Qualification & Education

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent

Other requirements

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and French
  • Proven experience in business software such as Microsoft Office/ payroll software

Knowledge and skills

  • Knowledge of local employment Laws
  • Payroll administration
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and work under pressure with a wide range of individuals

Experience

At least 3 years of proven work experience in a similar role
