Job Description
Trimetys Group Agrobusiness Cluster is looking for an Operations Officer for its agribusiness section. With the fast-moving activities, this section needs to be strengthened to ensure smooth operations. As such, we are inviting applicants to fill in the position of Operations Officer on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate selected will report to the Agricultural Manager. He/She will be mainly responsible to plan, coordinate and support the Agricultural Manager in the daily activities. This include but is not limited to planning, stock control and making purchases in a timely manner, assist in manual activities such as replanting, weeding and harvesting among others.

 

EDUCATION

  • At least a Bachelor Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Sciences, Agronomy, or in any related field from a recognized institution

 

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years of proven work experience in a similar role

 

SKILLS

  • Good communication skills both oral and in written
  • Good analytical skills
  • IT Literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office

 

OTHERS

  • Be versatile and adaptable to different work situations and conditions;
  • Ability to work flexible working hours
  • Holder of a valid and clean Driving License
