Your Profile

We are looking for a sales administrative to join our team. As the point of contact for our prospects and real estate partners, you will be responsible for the commercial administration of the real estate cluster. Your role is to advise our customers in their purchasing process by providing assistance and information. You will support the sales team in this relationship by carrying out rigorous monitoring of the acquisition process through our CRM tools and by coordinating the various departments of the company. You will actively participate in the implementation of the operational actions of the commercial strategy.

Your Duties

  • Be the administrative support of our sales team in the management, planning and follow-up of leads generated by our marketing department
  • Be the privileged point of contact for our prospects, customers and partners and ensure the dissemination of good commercial information
  • Data input on the CRM and ensure that the customer files are up to date on the system
  • Ensure that each business transaction complies with legal requirements
  • Participate in the organization of events to promote the Cap Tamarin brand and its projects
  • Inform the teams (project, sales and marketing) of the progress of projects through the creation of various documents, dashboards and other administrative tools aimed at monitoring sales / performance
  • Provide internal and external support to clients and partners

Your Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the real estate industry would be a definite asset
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Hubspot is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English)
  • Strong adaptability and sense of initiative
  • Agility in the course of the mission
  • Undeniable team spirit
  • Autonomous and organized
