About Trimetys Group

Founded in 1998 by three brothers, built on three generations of family land heritage, Trimetys Group is a leading real estate developer in Mauritius and the Indian Ocean.

The group has fundamentally restructured its business model in recent years: a streamlined holding company, a solid balance sheet, and a strategy refocused on three complementary business segments. Cap Tamarin, the urban and coastal smart city developed by the group, is today at the heart of its value creation.

The philosophy that guides every decision remains the same: to make a long-term commitment, never sacrifice strength for speed, and build to last.

Retail & Rental Income

La Place Cap Tamarin (LPCT), the group’s commercial platform, is generating growing rental revenue and aims to double its asset base. It serves as the foundation of Trimetys’ recurring revenue.

Our Flagship Project

Cap Tamarin, the best of urban and coastal living

Cap Tamarin is a thriving community, no longer a project on paper - it is a daily reality for hundreds of families on the West Coast. Shops, schools, clinics, sports facilities, restaurants, a park, and offices: all the urban infrastructure is in place.

Our Commitments

Education & Youth

Trimetys Group is one of the founders of École Paul et Virginie, a French Curriculum Pre-primary and Elementary school located in the heart of Cap Tamarin. Now attended by more than 500 students from preschool through fifth grade, the school benefits from the group’s ongoing involvement in its development and institutional life.

Public Spaces & Urban Quality

Cap Tamarin Park, an 8-arpent green space located along the river, is open to all residents and visitors in the area. Designed as a green lung in the heart of the city, it embodies the group’s commitment to open, high-quality urban planning that respects the natural environment.

Community Life & Local Fabric

Trimetys Group is actively involved in community life on the West Coast, supporting the sports, cultural, and nonprofit initiatives that bring the region to life. Cap Tamarin aims to be a shared community space, open to the region and its residents.
